bento: rice molder

ha! at last i got to buy a bento accessory. i got it from japan home centre. that store is one of the reasons why i ike shopping at waltermart. by the way, they also have a branch at parksquare.

recipe: coffee jelly

i was craving for a decaf coffee jelly when i remembered that tine (an apc colleague) brought some to the office before. someone told me that she prepared it herself so i walked to her station and bugged her ;)

here are the ingredients:

125g coffee
2 packs mr. gulaman (white/plain)
11 cups of water
2 packs of all purpose cream
milo

for the jelly:
1. dissolve coffee in the water
2. add gulaman powder
3. bring to a boil while stirring occasionally
4. transfer coffee-gulaman mixture to a container and let it cool

for the cream:
1. mix all purpose cream and milo

* i cubed the jelly like starbucks' coffee jelly and added the cream
* i only used half of the amount of ingredients above. it's enough for 2 dessert sessions :)
